Easy Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us within 92 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return or exchange.

Before sending any products back to us, please email us at hello@allgoal.com to get started and to receive the necessary authorization and instructions.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • The return must be initiated within 92 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Use a shipping method that offers tracking and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Any damage or loss caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

General Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at hello@allgoal.com with your order number and evidence of the item's condition.
  2. Ship the Item Back: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.

Return Charges

  • For returns due to our error (wrong or defective items), we will cover the full refund and return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to buyer's preference (change of mind, incorrect order), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be applied.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 working days.
  • If you haven't received a refund yet, please recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please note: The original shipping cost is refunded only when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective items). For returns due to buyer's preference, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled if you contact us before the item is shipped out, and you will receive a full refund.
  • Once the item is in transit, we cannot cancel the order.
